1. Give us your organization’s quick origin story.
We saw a need to be a boutique brokerage with AI and tech enabled processes to help with speed and efficiencies. I empower property owners, investors, and developers to make smarter, data-driven decisions by leveraging AI, market cycles, and deep local knowledge. From analyzing development pipelines and municipal vision plans to uncovering hidden buyer demand, I deliver real-time insights that help clients get ahead – and stay ahead. For sellers, I offer advanced property performance audits to help determine the right time to hold, sell, or refinance. For 1031 exchange buyers, I unlock off-market and high-quality investment opportunities across multifamily, industrial, and land.
2. What problem are you currently solving in the KC tech industry?
I lead Midwest CRE Advisors, an AI forward, data focused brokerage and development company focused on the intersection of technology, real estate and infrastructure. With active projects ranging from brownfield inference sites to 1GW+ training campuses, we are connecting and integrating end users, landowners and developers to get compute built.
