Started back in 2005 and now led by Geoff Kudlacz, Innovative Mechanical Concepts supports environments where failure isn’t an option—data centers, healthcare, industrial facilities, and complex commercial buildings. Our background is in commercial HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and mission-critical infrastructure, with a focus on uptime, redundancy, and operational discipline.
2. What problem are you currently solving in the KC tech industry?
KC tech companies depend on physical infrastructure that is often treated as an afterthought. We work as an extension of your on-site staff as a partner to help eliminate downtime risk by designing, maintaining, and rapidly responding to HVAC, mechanical, and utility systems that support data centers, offices, and high-density computing environments.
3. What can we expect to see from your company/organization in the next year?
Expansion of mission-critical service offerings (24/7 response, redundancy planning, preventative maintenance). Creation of a dedicated data-center division focusing on technicians with specialized training, certifications and knowledge.
