ABOUT NPOWER

NPower started in Brooklyn, NY to serve demand of entry-level talent particularly in financial and technology industries. The organization has grown to become a nationwide training organization with synchronous and asynchronous programs at entry-level, intermediate, and advanced levels.

2. What problem are you currently solving in the KC tech industry?

We empower young adults and military connected individuals to thrive in the digital economy through transformative IT training, creating pathways to economic prosperity

3. What can we expect to see from your company/organization in the next year?

Engaging in IT and Technology industry events to establish employer relationships, connect trainees and alumni with job opportunities, host virtual and in-person Professional Development events.

4. How can KCTC members get more involved?

Volunteer their time to engage with trainees and alumni at PD events, share entry-level opportunities, engage in creating internships and apprenticeships in IT/Technology.
