ABOUT CORE CATALYSTS
1. Give us your organization’s quick origin story!
Core Catalysts was founded in 2011 in Kansas City by Jim Wadella, an experienced consultant and business leader who saw a need for practical, results-driven consulting—not just advisory services but hands-on execution that delivers measurable impact.
2. What problem are you currently solving in the KC tech industry?
Core Catalysts helps KC tech companies turn IT into a true business enabler by aligning technology with business strategy. Too often, IT operates in a silo, leading to wasted investments and missed opportunities. We work with mid-to-large enterprises to: Align IT with business goals – ensuring tech drives growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Maximize ROI on technology – optimizing existing systems and future investments. Boost agility – enabling businesses to adapt quickly to market shifts. Drive digital transformation – guiding cloud, data, and automation initiatives. By taking a business-first approach to technology, Core Catalysts ensures that IT is not just a cost center but a strategic asset that propels organizations forward in an increasingly digital economy
3. What can we expect to see from your company/organization in the next year?
In 2025, Core Catalysts will continue helping KC tech companies scale and optimize through:
- Tech & Digital Transformation – Guiding IT strategy, system rollouts, and efficiency improvements.
